Payment Methods

Counting Sheep Boutique presently accepts all major credit cards and swipe cards at our shop location. If you are buying online, we can only offer Cash on Delivery (exact amount) for items delivered within Beijing or bank transfer for items delivered outside of Beijing City.

Delivery / Pick Up Options

If you see something on our website which you would like, you are more than welcome to either come to our physical shop to purchase and pick up or order on line.

We offer free delivery within the 5th ring road. Outside of the 5th ring road, please add 20 RMB to your order.

If you live outside of Beijing City, please add 30 RMB delivery charge to your order.

Restock / Out of Stock

As much as we strive to keep our shops stocked with items on our website, there might be times when we are sold out of an item. We will contact you immediately and inform you of an approximate arrival time.

Delays in Shipping / Delivery

Sometimes due to restocking items, there will be delays, although we try to make every effort to keep our shop fully stocked. We will let you know either by email or cell phone if there is going to be a delay and when the item will be ready for either pick up or delivery.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Exchanges can be made on any merchandise in stock with receipt within 7 days.

Returns can be made for store credit with receipt within 7 days.

Full cash refunds within 7 days with receipt will be made only on goods which are defective, missing parts, or damaged beyond repair.
